22 daily self-love affirmations that can change your mindset

Affirmations are life changing! Or at least, situation changing…

They can shift your mind frame from “everything sucks” to “I got this!” so I start my day with them every morning to boost my confidence and make the day a great one.

I either listen to self-affirmations through audio or I read the affirmations I’ve posted to my closet. I previously had sticky-notes on my bathroom mirror, but I elected to go a more personal route with them in my room.

If you don’t know what affirmations are, I’ll break it down real quick. Basically, they are positive phrases that motivate or encourage you. They affirm who you really are. I find it more effective if you say them out loud, or write them down. Make sure you feel and understand what you’re reading, writing or hearing.

Some people use affirmations as a way to attract or manifest something they want. That’s not my style, I use them to affirm or remind myself of my greatness. With the ups and downs of life, I think it’s good to have that moment where you check yourself. So much could be going wrong, but self-affirmations help me reflect on what’s right.

The more you say these affirmations, the more your mind and your subconscious reciprocates them. It doesn’t happen overnight.

  13. I am valuable.
  14. I can handle anything today gives me.
  15. I don’t sweat the small stuff.
  16. I am enough.
  17. I am proud of myself.
  18. I am unstoppable.
  19. I am worthy of love an happiness.
  20. I alone am whole.
  21. I am balanced.
  22. I am exactly where I need to be.

That last one though…hits hard. Say that one again!! Don’t let social media rush you.

Every morning I say these and forget the stress or worries of yesterday and remember all that I’m capable of handling today. I hope these can help you too!
